Consultation/Report

The consultation is a verbal walk through of the entire home from the curb to the back yard. The consultation is followed up with a detailed, prioritized, room-by-room assessment in checklist form.

Rearrange Staging

Occupied staging using what is currently in the house. We can do as little or as much as people want, but have a three hour minimum for hands on staging.

Enhance Staging

This takes Rearrange Staging to the next level by providing props to further enhance the space and give it that “model home” look. Props (art, accessories, greenery, etc) can be leased and pricing is by the piece. Or we can shop for you and choose things that you can take with you to your new home.

Vacant Staging

Vacant staging can range from simple vignettes, to fully staging the entire house. Generally we recommend staging the high impact rooms only. We will give you options and work with your budget to come up with the best plan to get your property sold quickly.

Model Staging

We do the design plan, custom selection of leased items, pick up/delivery coordination and set up for builders/developers model unit. Or, instead of leasing, we can shop for furnishings that can be utilized again on the next project.

Redesign

We also do redesign for people who aren't selling but just want to make their own home more beautiful and functional.

Move In Service

When you are ready to move into a new home, we can advise you on artistic yet practical arrangement of your existing furniture and treasured accessories. Using your new architecture as a guide, Design Refined will create the warm, wonderful ambiance you dreamed of when you bought your new home.
